Directions
From Providence (North & West) Take 95 to 195 East. Take exit 5 (MA). Take right off Exit. Take left at lights onto Rout 6 East. Clinic is located 2 miles on the right.
From East (Fall River/Route 24): Take 195 West to exit 3 (Swansea Mall exit). Take right at the end of the exit, go through t2 sets of lights, the clinic is about 1/4 of a mile on the left.
